When a request falls outside the configured scope, the call is transferred to a person along with the context already collected.

Agentic AI refers to autonomous artificial intelligence agents able to reason, plan and act on business data. BinaryCode builds AI agents for data analysis, customer operations, assisted decision-making and automation of complex sales flows, with explicitly scoped permissions and a full audit trail of their actions.

What does “digital sovereignty” mean in BinaryCode’s solutions?
It means that not only the data, but also the infrastructure, the language models and the payments stay within the European Union: end-to-end sovereignty, not mere data residency. esedrIA is built on that principle: OVHcloud hosting, European LLMs, payments handled via Fabrick (Sella group) under PSD2, and data that never leaves the EU. The solutions include GDPR compliance and the disclosure required by Art. 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act).
